Throughout my career, I’ve designed, implemented, and led programs ranging from apprenticeships to leadership development initiatives, always with a focus on making training practical, engaging, and results-driven. Now, through L&D Strategic Solutions, I help small and mid-sized businesses create training strategies that work.
